Does a biological father have any right to expect anything from his daughter? Was the email address mistyped intentionally? or was it a horrible mistake? What is one's identity?

Due to a flight cancellation and sudden travel changes, 25-year-old Freddie lands in South Korea where she was born and adopted by a French family. She identifies as French. At the urging of friends, she begins a search for her biological parents.
